Raku Mission Ornament

Hand-painted Raku Mission Ornament adds an artistic touch to your Christmas tree. Molded from clay and painted by hand, this Raku Mission ornament is fired in a kiln to 2000 ˚F and left to smolder in a pit with wood shavings, creating vibrant and unique hues. The image of the Mission is then adhered to the top and painted by hand. On the back, the words “Old Mission Santa Barbara” are carved into the clay. Please note: Since each ornament medallion is individually hand painted and decorated, the color of the ornament you receive, and ribbon color, may differ slightly from the photograph.
