Mission Gift Shop: Policies

Our goal is to keep our customers happy,
please review the following policies

IMPORTANT: Shipping speeds may vary depending on when an order is placed.

All orders are processed between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Sunday - Saturday and will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt.

 

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, we will issue a refund via the original form of payment, and you may place a new order.

Returns

We guarantee all our products and hope you will be delighted with your order! If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund (excluding shipping). After 30 days, we will be happy to offer store credit.

There are no returns on clearance merchandise.

Instructions for returning product:

  1. Pack all items securely in a box. All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in the condition in which they were received.

  2. Address the package to:

3. Take the package to a post office or shipping center. If the return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost to return it will be your responsibility.

As an online store, it is necessary for us to obtain your name, address and email address, which we use to fulfill orders. However, we respect your privacy and ensure that your personal information will never be shared with a third party of any kind or used without your consent.
